Natural Foot Care

Herbal foot bath is safe, enjoyable and effective treatment for various foot problems. Traditionally foot baths were used for many general health conditions, including arthritis, joint pains, insomnia, migraine.
To help treat cracked heels, corns, calluses, dry skin, bad foot odor, excessive sweet:
1. Make a bath tea of 4 oz sachet of Floraderm I and apply as a foot bath in 1 - 2 gallons of water
2. Use Sage bath oil apply every day as a foot bath. Use 3 - 6 spays per 1 - 2 gallons of warm water.

Take a foot bath for 15 - 20 min or until it feels comfortable in the evening, trying to maintain warm water.

Use every day for a week or until conditions start to improve and every 2nd - 3rd day for 1 - 2 weeks thereafter. In many cases, skin irritations, dry pealing skin, cracking may be caused by allergic or inflammatory reaction of the skin on some chemical ingredients of the footwear, carpets, etc. Use only cotton socks during the treatment. To promote the improvements use herbal socks.

Bath teas for arthiritis and joint painsTo help combat athlete's foot make foot bath with Eucalyptus bath oil, applying 4 - 8 sprays per 1 - 2 gallon of warm water. Use every day until conditions start to improve and every 2nd - 3rd day till full recovery. Apply Herperion to the affected areas twice a day and before sleep.

Brew tub teaHerbal foot bath directions: You will need 1- 2 gallon cooking pot preferably with non-metal internal surface. Stainless steel pot is the second choice. Spring or distilled water will work well. If you have only chlorinated water, fill the pot with water, boil it for 5 min and let stay for 8 - 12 h before use. Fill the pot with water, put the bath sachet in and let soak for 10 - 20 min. It is acceptable to leave the sachet soak for the whole day. Bring the water to boiling and brew on low fire under the lid for about 20 min. Make sure that water is hardly boiling. As an alternative, brew the bath at near boil temperature for about 30 -40 min. Turn off the fire and let cool down to comfortable temperature. Pour in to appropriate basin, always check the temperature before use. Take foot bath in a warm room.

 

Herbal socks

Soak or boil several pair of cotton socks in fresh bath tea for 10 -15 min. Use bath tea made in 1 gal with4 oz sachet of Floraderm I. Remove excess of water, but do not squeeze too tight, and let dry on air. Make sure socks are completely dry. Use another pair of socks every day and renew supply as needed.

Apply footbaths every day for 8 - 12 days for 15 -30 min and every 3rd day for 2 weeks thereafter. Warning: transient burning sensation is a natural consequence of application to areas of skin inflammation and should be expected. Do not use around the eyes - high content of essential oils may irritate the eyes.
