Orders are usually processed and shipped next business day but no later than in 2 business days. Our regular business hours are 8AM to 6PM Eastern time. Orders placed after 3 PM are usually received by us next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS mail (in USA) unless specified otherwise.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via insured registered USPS air mail. Shipping cost is in indicated at check out. If shipping via UPS or FedEx is preferable, visit UPS or FedEx web sites and calculate the cost of shipping to your location from Cary, NC (index 27512), assuming reasonable weight and size of the parcel (minimum 1 lb, 6x6x6). Add $ 1.00 for additioanal handling/shipping (below) to the shopping cart. Multiply it in the cart to obtain the amount, which, when combined with regular shipping fees, will give the cost of UPS or FedEx shipping. Please indicate the preferable carrier in the comments to the order. Alternatively, e-mail us and we will respond with shipping cost. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel the order if shipping fee will be lower than actual shipping cost.
